Job summary

Top Metal Solutions is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory, shipping and receiving at our Adkins, TX site. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and hands-on experience with steel products and industrial materials.

You will coordinate a small team, maintain accurate records, operate forklifts, and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Management to ensure timely material availability and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small warehouse team is preferred.
• Experience working in manufacturing/metal fabrication environment preferred.
• Knowledge of steel, fasteners, welding supplies, tools, and industrial materials is required.
• Experience operating forklifts and heavy material-handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Basic computer skills and warehouse management systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform counts.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and shipments.
• Prepare materials for production, shipment, or internal distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Organize and control steel, fasteners, tools, and industrial materials.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials.
