Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving professional to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventory, and verify freight documentation. The role requires forklift operation, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP and TMS systems.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) with potential overtime. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse and office environments.
• Forklift driving training or safe handling capability.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Professional communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Experience with SAP and/or TMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and prepare paperwork.
• Greet/log drivers, verify orders, and track Bills of Lading.
• Route freight through warehouses and generate daily reports.
• Maintain records and support inventory cycle counts.
• Update TMS entries and communicate shipment status to stakeholders.
