Job summary

Sonoran Sales Company LLC is seeking a highly organized Logistics: Shipping & Receiving professional to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, receiving, and related documentation at our Phoenix area facility.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and experience with PO-based receiving, BOLs, and inventory control. Collaboration with Plant Operations, Accounting, and Project Management is essential to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with Purchase Orders, packing slips, Bills of Lading, invoices, or proof-of-delivery.
Strong attention to detail and organization; able to manage multiple shipments and priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, customers and internal teams.
Verify shipments against POs and packing slips; maintain BOLs and delivery records.
Cross-check documentation with accounting records; support PO-based receiving and three-way matching.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure material availability for production; track materials from purchase to production.
