Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the shipping and receiving team in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure FIFO storage, manage daily/weekly/monthly finished goods inventory, and maintain ERP accuracy, including SAP posting of shipments.

You will report to the Logistics Manager, collaborate with plant leadership, and drive continuous improvement while supporting employee development and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 2-4 years in hands-on management/supervisor role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must read, write, and speak English; cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse shipping and receiving team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Approve time off, manage shift schedules, and address disciplinary actions.
• Daily management of workload delegation (loading trucks, picking orders, receiving inbound deliveries).
• Direct pick, pack, and ship functions to meet operational demands.
• Maintain FIFO storage of finished goods and manage inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in employee development and conduct yearly performance reviews.
• Supervise receipt of incoming materials and ensure ERP/SAP data accuracy.
