High Tech Supplies Inc is seeking a reliable Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support our Medley, FL operations. You will help with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to maintain stock accuracy and timely deliveries.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, coordinate with carriers like UPS and FedEx, and use Excel and QuickBooks to process shipments. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with loading/unloading using equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure shipments.
• Perform stock checks and inventory control.
• Use Excel/QuickBooks to process shipments and stock.
