Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our onsite/hybrid team in Laredo, TX. This non-exempt hourly role reports to Brokerage/General Counsel and focuses on reporting, document organization, analytics, and ISO-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual English/Spanish, able to coordinate and plan, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strong communication. Part-time with a 9:00–2:00 schedule, with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is typically required for most entry level to advanced warehouse roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn
• Dependability: Strong work history, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
