Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high-quality service and timely release/movement of freight. Lead and guide team members as needed.
• Prepare and submit documentation to U.S. Customs, agents, and clients in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Analyze and resolve problems that could delay freight release or movement.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to exceed customer service requirements.
• Handle billing issues and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
• Produce operational trend reports and communicate exceptions to partners.
• Coordinate post-entry activities and entry verification processes.
• Interact with customers and internal staff at all levels to support operations.
