Responsibilities

• Interview members in person or by phone; explain services and policies.
• Counsel members on money management and loan decisions.
• Perform lending functions and offer HELOC/Business Lending solutions.
• Build a book of business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Assist with new account functions and enrollment in electronic services.
