Job summary

Advia Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Loan Officer to proactively identify financial solutions for our members by interacting in person or by phone. You will cross-sell products and provide outstanding service in line with our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles with individual and team goals preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview existing and potential members in person and by phone to identify needs and explain services.
• Counsel members on money management and financial decisions, including loan outcomes.
• Process lending functions and offer lending solutions such as HELOC and business lending.
• Build and manage a book of business and a proactive pipeline to support members’ financial well‑being.
• Open new accounts and explain ownership options, gathering required information.
• Promote electronic services and assist with enrollment and e-statement setup.
