Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist in New Baltimore, Michigan. This full-time, on-site role involves proactively identifying financial solutions for members through in-person and outbound calls, leveraging products and services to save money, earn income, provide convenience, or offer peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Interview existing and potential members in person and by phone, explaining services, products and policies.
• Counsel members regarding money management and financial matters, including loan decisions.
• Perform lending-related functions and offer lending solutions (HELOC, Business Lending).
• Build and maintain a book of business and manage a pipeline for member financial well-being.
• Process new accounts, explain ownership options and collect required information.
• Assist members with electronic services enrollment and e-statement understanding.
• Ensure the Credit Union’s professional reputation by staying informed on policy updates and banking trends.
