Advia Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive customer service excellence on-site. You will oversee service delivery, training, and regulatory compliance while building relationships within our communities.

With a focus on growth, leadership, and a bilingual premium for Spanish speakers, this role emphasizes delivering high-quality member experiences and achieving branch production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead branch team to meet product and service targets.
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly with adequate staffing.
• Represent Advia in communities through education and volunteer activities.
• Manage team performance, coaching, training, and compliance.
• Support regional outreach and organize volunteer events.
• Achieve branch production goals including loan growth and new accounts.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
