Advia Credit Union in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a Personal Banker to engage members in person and by phone, identify financial needs, and cross-sell credit union services. The role includes working on-site with a focus on delivering outstanding service to members and maintaining strong relationships.

You will build a book of business, advise on money management, and provide lending solutions including HELOC and business lending.

Responsibilities

• Interview existing and potential members in person and by phone and explain services, products, and policies; identify needs and cross-sell appropriately.
• Counsel members regarding money management, including conveying loan decisions and future options.
• Perform lending functions and offer lending solutions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and maintain a book of business and proactively manage a pipeline for member financial well-being.
• Perform new account functions and explain options, obtaining required information.
• Cross-sell electronic services and assist with enrollment and e-statement processes.
• Ensure the Credit Union’s quality and professional reputation; stay informed on policy updates and banking trends.
