Fairygodboss is seeking a bilingual Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) to enhance client relationships from onboarding through the life cycle. This role includes providing benefits consultation and assisting with sales and implementation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-3 years of experience, along with the ability to work flexible hours. Travel is required occasionally. Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to clients on benefit offerings during Open Enrollment.
• Support onboarding solutions and ensure timely client education.
• Identify opportunities to increase the ADP Benefits Value Proposition.
