Irma Chaira State Farm Agency in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. The role requires an active Property & Casualty license and offers an hourly base plus commission.

The successful candidate will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide excellent service while helping clients with coverages, policy changes, and billing questions. Ideal candidates will hold the P&C license and be able to obtain Life/Health and Series 6 licenses.

About this position

Irma Chaira - State Farm Agency, located in Tempe, AZ has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Property & Casualty license required
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Series 6 Securities Sales license (must be able to obtain)
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
