The ideal candidate will manage high call volume, perform intake screening, document details, and support staff across administration and case management while maintaining confidentiality and a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Phone Management & Client Communication: Answer calls promptly, identify purpose, direct callers, transfer when needed, and take messages.
• New Client Screening & Intake Support: Screen potential clients and collect basic information for evaluation.
• Call Documentation & Case Management: Document calls in the case management system and update files.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Front desk support and maintain organized work environment.
