Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as intake coordinator, high-volume receptionist, or similar office support role.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily call quota to qualify potential new clients.
• Build rapport with callers via email, phone or in-person.
• Gather data from inquiries to qualify potential new clients.

• Follow script to gather information from callers.
