In this full-time role you will welcome prospects, conduct high-quality tours, convert leads to leases, prepare leases and move-in packets, and collaborate with the manager and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presence.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects with upscale customer-service approach.
• Conduct high-quality tours and highlight community value.
• Convert leads into leases and meet weekly leasing goals.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and move-in packets accurately.
• Keep the office and tour path pristine and ready at all times.
• Support resident relations, events, notices, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the property management system (ResMan experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with the manager and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.
