Knightvest Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Houston, TX property. You will guide prospects through tours, qualify leads, and drive leasing activity while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating applications, explaining lease terms, and ensuring move-in readiness. Bilingual English/Spanish and customer-facing skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual; English and Spanish.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous apartment leasing, property management, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with property management software; OneSite experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements, Fair Housing, and property management regulations, or completion of Fair Housing training within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.

Aufgaben

• Showcase the Community by leading in-person and virtual property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert Leads into Residents by prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Support Marketing & Leasing Traffic through online listings, social media, community events, and local outreach.
• Guide the Leasing Journey through applications, lease terms, and required documentation.
• Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience by addressing questions and concerns and creating a welcoming community.
• Maintain Show-Ready Homes & Move-In Readiness to ensure apartments are prepared on schedule.
• Collaborate Across Property Teams with maintenance and office to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain Accurate Records & Compliance with Fair Housing standards and housing regulations.
