Job summary

Avanath Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Oakland community. The role requires professional engagement with residents and the workforce, and you will be responsible for implementing company procedures and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, guiding tours, processing applications, coordinating with the Community Manager, and ensuring move-ins occur on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge including Windows, Word, Excel, internet and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all visits on guest cards and update systems.
• Demonstrate property features, answer questions, and close the sale.
• Process applications and deposits according to procedures and Fair Housing.
