You will greet and qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins using Yardi Voyager, while delivering A+ customer service in a fast-paced environment that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience
• Yardi Voyager experience
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends
• Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service at all times and greet/qualify prospects.
• Record visits on guest cards and update availability.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate property features and apply product knowledge to prospects; close sales.
• Process applications and deposits per company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Maintain resident files and input lease data in Yardi accurately.
