Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Long Beach, CA to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will engage prospects, qualify visits, and coordinate with Community Manager on service needs.

The role requires strong professionalism and a positive, community-focused attitude. Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the lease process, maintaining accurate records in Yardi, and supporting renewal efforts; a flexible schedule is beneficial for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community features and close the sale.
• Process applications and collect deposits per policy and Fair Housing.
