Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations within our community in Spring Valley, CA. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications, and help residents feel at home while supporting the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience, comfort with Yardi Voyager, and a proactive, service‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel) and email/internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Process applications and secure deposits; update availability and rent rolls.
• Demonstrate apartment/model features and close the sale; orient new residents.
• Maintain resident files and assist with renewals and notices.
• Support Community Manager and maintenance by communicating service needs.
