Candidates should have experience in sales or customer relations, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager software. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge: Windows (Word, Excel), internet and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Record visits and manage lead cards; update availability and applications.
• Close sales, secure deposits, and process applications per procedures.
• Maintain resident files and renewals; assist with renewals notices.
• Assist management with tasks and ensure policy adherence.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to foster community.
