Job summary

Avanath Capital in San Jose, CA is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations across our community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure a smooth move-in.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer relations, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong computer skills including Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is desirable.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, e-mail; familiar with Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record visits and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate the community and apply product knowledge to prospects and close the sale.
• Process applications and deposits per company procedures.
• Maintain lease paperwork and input data into the system.
