Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet and qualify all prospects; record visits on guest cards; communicate needs; close the sale; complete applications; follow up on closeability; orient new residents; monitor renewals.
• Administrative: accept rental payments; type leases; input data in Yardi; maintain files; distribute notices; track commissions; assist management.
• Resident Retention: respond to resident requests; schedule maintenance; ensure timely service; keep community informed; assist in planning resident events.
• Adherence to PM rules: follow policies, Fair Housing, ADA; manage compliance files as needed.
