Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community. The role requires professionalism and engagement with residents and the workforce.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications, move-ins, renewals, and maintaining accurate records in Yardi. The position emphasizes customer service excellence, a flexible schedule, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• 2+ years in sales and/or customer relations.
• Low-Income Housing & Tax Credit experience desired.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, email and internet.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and maintain guest cards.
• Demonstrate features, benefits and close the sale.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and handle move-ins.
• Follow up with non-closers and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Secure signatures and orient new residents to the community.
• Monitor renewals and issue renewal notices.
