Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations across our communities. The role requires professionalism and a proactive approach to engage residents and staff alike.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or customer relations, experience with low-income housing/tax credits, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge: Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet, qualify, and record prospects; process applications and deposits.
• Maintain resident files and process renewals; monitor compliance with policies.
• Assist in planning resident events and community activities.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance and service requests.
