Z Modular is hiring a Leasing Associate for the FLATZ 602 community in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through move-in—delivering a welcoming, service-focused experience to prospective residents.

Greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease documents, and assist with renewals, move-ins, and events. This role requires 1–3 years in leasing or customer service, a high school diploma, and Spanish language

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and leasing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule property tours.
• Promote apartment features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease docs.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready and clean.
• Assist with resident events and promotional activities.
