Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Leasing Associate for the FLATZ 432 community in Midland, TX. You will drive occupancy by delivering a professional, welcoming experience to prospective residents throughout the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to move-in, in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in leasing or related fields, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong CRM and communication skills. Flexible shifts including weekends and some evenings are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, customer service, or residential property management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and close leases.
• Professional, goal-oriented, and motivated in a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, coordinate and conduct property tours.
• Promote apartment features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits to drive leasing.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to maximize lead conversion.
• Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease paperwork per policies and Fair Housing rules.
• Facilitate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain accurate prospects and resident records using CRM systems.
