Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms to keep occupancy high. You will market properties, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and assist residents with move-ins while coordinating with the property manager. Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to screen applicants and explain lease terms.
• Knowledge of marketing properties and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Participate in property marketing events and outreach.
• Manage leasing process from prospect to move-in with paperwork.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Explain lease policies and policies to residents and applicants.
• Plan and conduct resident functions as directed by the Property Manager.
