Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or customer relations, with bilingual English/Spanish being highly desirable, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager. Flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends, are required to deliver outstanding experiences to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is highly desired.
• Strong professionalism and positive engagement with residents and staff.
• Proficient with Windows, Internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service in all interactions with residents and prospects.
• Greet, qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain lease paperwork, renewals, and payments in the Yardi system.
• Assist in planning resident events and ensure community standards.
