Middleton Meyers Residential, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Professional to help manage all aspects of leasing and resident relations for our apartment community.

You will provide exceptional customer service, conduct property tours, process applications, and assist with renewal efforts to hit occupancy goals. Ideal candidates will have multi-family leasing experience, strong English/Spanish communication, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must have multi-family leasing and/or sales experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays; valid driver's license required.
• Must pass drug and background screening.

Aufgaben

• Greet prospects and conduct tours; present homes, amenities and features.
• Follow up with leads via calls and emails to convert to leases.
• Process rental applications and assist lease prep/execution.
• Maintain accurate leasing records in property management software.
• Support resident retention and events; collaborate with maintenance/management.
