Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in leasing or customer service, a HS diploma, and fluency in Spanish. Strong CRM skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred).
• Ability to speak Spanish is required.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready.
