Zekelman Industries, a leading U.S. steel products maker, is seeking a Leasing Associate for its FLATZ 602 community in Phoenix, AZ.

You will manage the full leasing cycle, greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and present community features to drive occupancy while delivering high service standards. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in leasing or customer service, speak Spanish, and are proficient with CRM and leasing software.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Spanish language ability required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and leasing software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents; schedule property tours.
• Promote apartment features and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications and conduct background checks; prepare lease docs.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, move-outs; maintain leasing pipeline.
• Support resident retention and assist with events.
• Promote safety and compliance.
