• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Obtain approvals and follow up with applicants on status.
• Show apartments, close leases and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service requests promptly to retain residents.
• Close sales by arranging appointments, tours and follow-ups.
• Use marketing strategies within the marketing budget to drive traffic.
• Project a favorable community image to target objectives.
• Plan resident functions and attend after-hours events as needed.
• Complete necessary lease-related paperwork timely.
• Attend weekly/daily goal setting meetings.
