Job summary

Westdale is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 564-unit apartment community near Beltway 8, I-10, the Galleria and Memorial City Mall in Houston. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements include at least 1 year of leasing consultant experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong leasing and closing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to type 30 WPM, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
• Showing apartments
• Securing leases
