Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies opportunities during customer interactions and refers appropriately to branch staff.
• Connects with customers through lobby engagement activities and positions PNC products to meet needs.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures daily teller operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
