Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Product Delivery Manager for International Markets (LATAM). This remote-eligible role bridges product strategy and client implementation, leading end-to-end integration of core payment products for LATAM partners.

You will troubleshoot implementations, guide partners through network certification, and drive process improvements while managing technical risks with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
4+ years of L3 Certification (Acquiring or Issuing), ISO 8583, EMV specs, contactless NFC, 3D Secure (3DS) or Digital Tokenization.
5+ years of experience in client-facing technical delivery or stakeholder management.
2+ years of technical troubleshooting in payment network implementations.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Technical Client Delivery & Architecture: act as the primary technical SME.
L3 Terminal Certification Support (Acquiring).
Card Profile Validation Support (Issuing).
Technical Troubleshooting & Investigation: root-cause analysis of integrations.
Process Improvement & Strategy: optimize onboarding and metrics.
Risk & Partner Management: manage technical risks and relationships.
