Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations (Remote Eligible) to lead a high-performing team and provide operational support for strategic partners. The role balances hands-on leadership with people management, coaching, and resource allocation across cross-functional initiatives.

You will own end-to-end process improvements, serve as SME on authorization and settlement apps, monitor metrics, and guide training for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 7+ years of account management or operations experience.
• 4+ years of people leadership and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational professionals with performance goals and workload planning.
• Manage complex partners and act as escalation point for client-impacting issues.
• Serve as SME on authorization and settlement applications and internal systems.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements from prioritization to execution with stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and document requirements to reduce long-term risk.
• Analyze metrics to quantify performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Lead department projects and align resources with corporate goals.
• Oversee training programs for Account Executives on tools and processes.
• Travel approximately 25% for client engagement.
