Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Bilingual Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations (Remote-Eligible) to lead a regional team delivering the Technical Quality of Acceptance strategy across Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico. The role ensures reliable cardholder experiences by supervising end-to-end acceptance across merchant ecosystems.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Product, Technology and Operations, while maintaining KPIs, playbooks and governance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years in technical acceptance, payment operations or related fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership and performance management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of operational professionals across acceptance, analytics and PSP-related functions.
• Oversee regional delivery of Technical Quality of Acceptance strategy for Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico.
• Supervise end-to-end diagnosis and remediation of acceptance breakages across merchant, POS, ecommerce or ATM environments and related components.
• Coordinate resources and apply root-cause analysis, remediation ownership and progress tracking.
