Job summary

LATINX TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNITY CENTER is seeking a Language Services Coordinator to manage LTCC’s interpretation and translation services. You will handle intake, assign qualified interpreters/translators, coordinate training, and ensure timely completion with confidentiality and ethical standards.

The role emphasizes documentation, client communication, and collaboration with LTCC staff and interpreters to deliver professional language services aligned with LTCC’s mission.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of relevant interpretation/translation coordination experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and online scheduling tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, schedules, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to requests for interpretation and translation services.
• Coordinate interpreters/translators, schedule assignments, and provide material resources.
• Coordinate LTCC Community Interpreter Training and related logistics.
• Maintain accurate service records, billing information, and reports.
