Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply seeks a Bilingual Account Executive to manage a book of business with key customers. The role centers on relationship-building, consultative selling, and delivering solutions with daily orders, bids, and deliveries.

You will leverage CRM tools, build customer profiles, and coordinate logistics while expanding the book of business through new opportunities and proactive service. The position emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of selling experience in landscape/nursery/horticultural industry preferred
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities and drive sales
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to think quickly and act with urgency
• Degree in Business/Management or equivalent experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations for high volume key customer accounts including daily orders, bids, and deliveries
• Proactively sell and service key accounts by identifying customer needs
• Make presentations to customers as needed
• Build customer profiles
• Process bids and quotes
• Execute and complete sales orders
• Coordinate logistics of delivery and acceptance of customer orders
• Maintain productive relationships with other key players in the branch
• Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, track opportunities, document interactions, and report on pipeline and performance
