Qualifications

• 2–3 years of selling experience preferred.
• Experience in the landscape/nursery/horticultural industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to leverage CRM tools to organize accounts, manage opportunities, and drive sales.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations for high volume key customer accounts including daily orders, bids, and deliveries.
• Proactively sell and service key accounts by identifying customer needs.
• Make presentations to customers as needed.
• Build customer profiles and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process bids and quotes and execute sales orders.
• Coordinate logistics of delivery and acceptance of orders.
• Leverage CRM tools to track opportunities and report on pipeline and performance.
