Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to assist commercial and residential customers and manage inquiries in person, by phone, or online ordering. You will pull inventory, grow sales opportunities, and support branch leadership with new technologies to drive performance.

The role requires strong customer service, 1 year in retail/wholesale, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual Proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve business performance.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining safety.
