Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a Manager of Learning & Organizational Development (Bilingual Spanish) to lead enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs. The role partners with the business to shape OD strategy and deliver high-impact experiences for 10,000+ employees.

You will design, develop, and deliver learning initiatives in English and Spanish, measure outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years designing and delivering learning programs in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with fluent written and verbal communication and facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development preferred.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations in both business Spanish and English.
• Skilled facilitator, presenter, and consultant translating business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence across levels and functions.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience using data to improve learning outcomes; comfortable with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted OD partner to the business, advising on team effectiveness, leadership and talent needs; design and facilitate workshops and engagements that support business outcomes.
• Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in English and Spanish.
• Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs, including development, content creation, program management, and delivery.
• Measure learning program effectiveness, analyze results and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Partner across the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives to expand impact across the organization.
• Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants for learning services as needed.
