Job summary

Venterra Realty in Houston, TX, is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver learning programs across maintenance operations, technology and systems, and leadership development. This role will partner with operations leaders to translate complex needs into practical, scalable training solutions and will require bilingual Spanish and English.

You will lead trainer development, leverage AI-enabled tools, support enterprise projects with change training, and manage multiple learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning & development, training, or related field.
• Experience designing/ delivering programs for operational or technical audiences.
• Experience developing technology/systems training.
• Experience designing leadership development programs.
• Strong instructional design across ILT, virtual, and digital formats.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver maintenance operations training programs.
• Lead technology and systems training across projects and teams.
• Develop leadership development experiences for managers and leaders.
• Design engaging learning using adult learning principles and best practices.
• Manage multiple learning projects, timelines, and stakeholders with PMO & change groups.
