Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Manager, Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs and act as an OD partner to the business. This role will drive design, development, and delivery across the organization.

Based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule (in-office M–W; remote Thu–Fri), the ideal candidate has 5–7 years of program leadership, is bilingual in English/Spanish, and holds a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years designing, developing, and delivering learning programs in fast-paced organizations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with professional fluency in both written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred in Organizational Development or related field.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and create presentations in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical judgment with data-driven approach to measure program impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs.
• Serve as an OD partner to the business, aligning initiatives with strategy and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and offsites; manage content creation and program management.
• Measure learning effectiveness and analyze stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
• Partner with L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and vendor management for delivery of services.
