Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Manager, Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide leadership and learning initiatives. This bilingual role drives design, development, and delivery of programs that strengthen leadership effectiveness and talent development across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years designing, developing, and delivering learning or professional development programs in complex organizations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with professional fluency in both written and verbal communication and facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted OD partner to business; design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and custom engagements that support business outcomes.
• Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for intact teams and leadership groups in English and Spanish.
• Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs, responsible for development, content creation, program management, and delivery.
• Measure learning and program effectiveness, analyze results and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Partner across the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and expand the team’s impact across the organization.
• Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, and consultants for learning services as needed.
