Cinter Technology is seeking a bilingual Korean/English Tier 2 IT Support Specialist for onsite work in Washington, DC. The role focuses on enterprise IT support with emphasis on Windows environments, Active Directory, and executive-level assistance.

The right candidate will have at least five years of experience, a BA/BS in IT or CS, and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Familiarity with AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and remote-support tools is essential, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Five+ years of hands-on enterprise IT support experience.
Korean and English bilingual proficiency.
Strong AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals in Windows environments.
Troubleshoot Active Directory issues including user accounts, Group Policy, OUs, permissions, and login access.
Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Handle escalations from Tier 1 and collaborate with Tier 3 and infrastructure teams.
Perform onboarding and offboarding and manage user access rights.
Provide onsite and after-hours VIP support for executives and urgent cases.
Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing or service-management systems.
Assist with software deployment, patching, and system updates.
Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
