Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Korean bilingual IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to lead the build-out and operation of our IT infrastructure and business systems, including ERP and collaboration tools. The role focuses on CMMC Level 2 readiness and ongoing security controls.

The candidate will manage cloud environments (M365/Azure), network, servers, endpoints, and digital workplace tools, while coordinating with vendors and headquarters to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT system/infrastructure implementation and operations (direct delivery of build projects required).
• Experience deploying and operating cloud environments (M365/Azure).
• Experience implementing or operating business systems (ERP).
• Ability to independently manage IT responsibilities in a small organization.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy IT systems build-out across the organization, delivering projects and managing operations.
• Design, build, and operate corporate IT infrastructure including cloud, network, servers, endpoints, backup, and recovery.
• Build and operate the digital workplace: collaboration tools, email, document management, identity, and asset management.
• Manage ERP and business system implementation projects: requirements, execution, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee security controls and CMMC Level 2 compliance; manage external MSPs and IT vendors.
• Operate IT helpdesk, onboarding, and IT asset/license management; manage IT budget.
